The City of Jacksonville’s Animal Care and Control Division invites Duval County students to participate in its Animal Arts Contest. They are asking students of all ages to draw, color, paint or sculpt a rendering of their favorite household animal. Contest winners will be selected per grade level and will have their art displayed in the new Animal Care and Control Shelter. Winners will also receive an award which will be presented during the grand opening of the new shelter later this summer.
Turn in all drawings, paintings, and colorings to Mrs. Lammi by May 19th. You will need to bring in 1 postage stamp also. Please use white computer paper for your entries!
